Archiving an Audio

ioAudio.io allows you to archive audios that you no longer need immediate access to, but still want to keep for future reference. Archiving helps you declutter your workspace while preserving important content. Here's how to archive an audio:

  1. Log in to your ioAudio.io account.

  2. Navigate to the main dashboard or the section where the audio is located.

  3. Locate the audio you want to archive.

  4. Look for the archive or move-to-archive icon associated with the audio. This icon is usually represented by a box or a file folder.

  5. Click on the archive icon to initiate the archiving process.

  6. A confirmation prompt may appear, asking you to confirm the action. Read the prompt carefully to ensure you want to proceed with archiving.

  7. Confirm the archiving action.

  8. The audio will now be moved to the archive section, typically located in a separate tab or folder.

Accessing Archived Audios:

  1. To access your archived audios, navigate to the archive section within ioAudio.io.

  2. Look for the "Archive" tab or folder, usually located in the main dashboard or the side navigation menu.

  3. Click on the "Archive" tab or folder to view your archived audios.

  4. From here, you can browse, search, and manage your archived audios.

Restoring an Archived Audio:

If you need to access an archived audio again, you can easily restore it back to your main workspace:

  1. Navigate to the archive section within ioAudio.io.

  2. Locate the archived audio you want to restore.

  3. Look for the restore or move-out-of-archive icon associated with the audio. This icon is usually represented by an arrow pointing out of a box or file folder.

  4. Click on the restore icon to initiate the restoration process.

  5. The audio will be moved back to its original location within your main workspace, making it accessible again.
