ioAudio.io is committed to providing excellent support and assistance to its users. If you encounter any issues, have questions, or need guidance while using the platform, there are several ways to get help:

  1. After you have logged in to ioAudio, click the "?" icon in the left navigation. Usually, it is the icon at the bottom of the navigation bar.

  2. Clicking the "?" icon will open the messenger chat pop-up. Within the pop-up, you can access several resources, including:

    1. Help Documentation (Search for help): browse through the available help documentation, knowledge base, or FAQs to find answers to common questions and learn about various features and functionalities.

    2. Contact Support (Send us a message)

    3. Meet with us: this will open a new browser tab where you can pick a future date/time to meet with us over a Zoom.

  3. Email:

    • You can send us an email at [email protected] anytime. We usually get back within a few hours, although our normal office hours are 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

    • Remember to provide clear and specific details when seeking help, as it will help the support team or community members understand and address your issue more effectively.
