Welcome and congratulations! We’re so happy you’ve chosen to make ioAudio your ultimate text-to-speech platform, and we’re thrilled to have you.



Requirements


To get you started on the right track, you will require the following:


  • A computer or mobile device.


  • Stable internet connection.



Account types 


On ioAudio, you can sign up under either of these accounts.





Change your account type


If you would like to switch from your free user account to the Unlimited plan, visit ioAudio  click on the Get Unlimited icon at the top of the page.

ioAudio officially supports the latest two versions of the following browsers.

Sign up with ioAudio


  1. For first-time users, navigate to the website, click on the Free sign-up bar at the top left of the page.



  1. Key in your email address, accept terms and conditions, then click Continue.




 Sign in with ioAudio


  1.  Navigate to the website, and click on the ‘Sign-in’ bar at the top left of the page.



  1. Key in your email address and password. 



  1. Click login; this will direct you to the user's home page.


Edit your ioAudio profile


  1. Select the settings icon at the top of the page.



      2. Select Profile then Edit Profile here; you can edit your username, company name, etc




  1. Select Save changes.




Set and view notifications


  1. Click on the Bell icon at the top of the page to view all incoming messages.

  • Appsumo -  Once logged in on AppSumo, scroll down to the “submit a question” area marked in Blue on our ioAudio page.



  • Chats - Users can locate the chat icon at the bottom corner of the page. Click on it and chat with us.
